- What do I actually receive from this offer?

- Why does the free gift require a specific link?
The link ustamps.net/discount/FREEGIFT is what activates the free gift mechanism for your order. Reaching the site through any other page will not activate this feature, though the 20% discount code will still function normally. This is a technical requirement of how the offer is configured, not a hidden condition.
- What should I do if I've added 200 or more pieces and my chosen Art design, but the free item isn't showing as $0?
Click the FREEGIFT link again. This re-triggers the discount within a few seconds and does not clear your existing cart. Before doing so, please confirm that your cart actually contains 200 or more stamp pieces, as the discount will not apply below that threshold regardless of how many times the link is used.
- Does the free item have to be a specific design?
You may select any single design from the Art collection. This selection is entirely at your discretion and is not assigned or randomized. The one exception is bundle products within that collection, which do not qualify for the free gift and will be charged at regular price if chosen.
- Why does the total number of pieces in my order vary between customers?
The free item is not a fixed quantity. Depending on which single design is selected, the free piece will contain 50, 75, or 100 stamps. Regardless of the specific design chosen, that item is provided at no cost.
- If I purchase 400 pieces, am I eligible for two free items?
No. Only one free gift is provided per order, regardless of how many times the 200-piece threshold is technically met within that order. A second Art item added intentionally will be charged at full price.
- Does the 20% discount apply to the free Art piece as well?
No. The Art piece is already provided at no cost, so the discount code applies only to the items you are actually paying for.
- Can the BACKTOSCHOOL code be combined with other discount codes?
No. Only one discount code may be applied per order.
- Does shipping cost count toward the 200-piece minimum?
No. The threshold is calculated based on stamp quantity only, independent of shipping charges or total order value.
- I selected the wrong Art design. Can this be corrected after checkout?
Please contact us directly and we will review the order. Customers placing larger orders may also wish to inquire about Shipping Insurance at this time, as an additional safeguard for the shipment.
- Is this offer available for international orders?
Yes. The offer applies under the same terms regardless of shipping destination.
- Why is this offer being run shortly after a price increase?
This is intentional. Following the recent price adjustment, this sale was designed to provide meaningful value through a genuine discount combined with a free gift, rather than a minor promotional gesture.
- When does this offer end?
