I ordered stamps and was supposed to get some free with the order. I tried to do what the directions said, but I didn’t see the free stamps. I immediately emailed and was told that I couldn’t get the free stamps because they weren’t part of the order.
I am very pleased with the order that I FINALLY received. I got a message on the 21st that my package was out for delivery, but it never showed up. I waited seversl days, thinking it still would before going to the post office. There they told me that it was such a small package it must have fallen down in the carrier's basket. They would let me know what they could find out. I never got a call, but the stamps were delivered the next day- not with the rest of my mail, but separately, so they found it! Thank goodness I went to the post office!

We ordered stamps on August 11. The order was promptly filled with the WRONG STAMPS. The denomination is for POSTCARDS, we purchased FIRST CLASS, FIRST OUNCE. I have sent 5 communications. I received ONE REQUEST for pictures that I sent the same day. There has been no response or replacement sent.I received TWO requests for a review. So here it is.
Wrong stamps conpletely. I don’t have time to wait for more so I had to use them.
