Will you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, due to the impact of the epidemic and the unstable nature of international shipping, ustamps currently only ships within the USA. Thank you for your understanding.

How many business days is the order processing time?

Please allow us 1-2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We can dispatch orders on business days only, from Monday to Friday. Please keep this in mind when placing orders over the weekend. For example, if you place an order on Saturday, it will be dispatched on the next working day, which is Monday.

What to do if order processing takes too long?

If your order takes longer than 10 business days to process, please contact ustamps customer service for verification. We will reschedule your shipment and provide you with a $5 coupon as compensation.

What is the daily order processing cut-off time?

Orders placed after 6 pm will be dispatched on the following working day. Thank you for your understanding.

When will my order ship?

Once you have completed your order, we will process and ship it as quickly as possible. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

How long does it take to ship products?

The transit time for USPS First Class Package is 3-5 working days. If there is any problem with your parcel, please contact us promptly.

What happens if a parcel takes too long to transit?

If your parcel has been in transit for more than 60 natural days, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will verify the situation and make arrangements for re-delivery or refund.

Shipping costs

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders. There are no additional shipping costs for your purchase.

Please note: As we currently do not offer international shipping, there are no customs duties involved in your parcel. The customer is only liable for consumption tax, and the seller is not responsible for any taxes.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Please be patient as transit times may be affected by various factors. The general arrival time is 15 working days. If the transit time exceeds expectations, please contact us promptly.

What happens if the goods are lost?
